Agency NEKRETNINE CROATIA doo is licensed for real estate brokerage, registered in the Register of Real Estate Brokers of the Croatian Chamber of Economy based on the decision of the Ministry of Economy on fulfilling the conditions for conducting real estate brokerage, as well as the Directory of Real Estate Brokers, based on the Decision of the Ministry of Economy on Registration in the Directory of Agents, which is also managed by HGK. Also, the Agency is a signatory to the Code of Ethics in the Business of Real Estate Brokers, confirmed by the HGK Assembly on November 30, 2011, whereby we accepted the obligation to act in accordance with the principles of responsibility, truthfulness, efficiency, transparency, quality, acting in good faith and respect for good business practices towards business partners, business and social environment, correct business, as well as quality relations and loyal competition with other intermediaries, with the clear intention of continuous development of all conditions for gaining the trust of users of our services. In Varaždin County, out of a total of 23 registered agencies, apart from ours – only 1 other agency has signed the aforementioned Code of Ethics in Business. Pursuant to the Act on Mediation in Real Estate Transactions (Official Gazette, No. 107/07, 144/12), it is the duty of the intermediary to provide and renew liability insurance for damage that he could cause to the client or third parties, and the Agency, in accordance with the above , insured with “Euroherc osiguranje” dd Zagreb.
