The location is for construction purposes and is located on the northeast side of the city of Pula, at a distance of about 3 km from the city center.
The particles covered by this project are an area of just over 25,000 m.
The climate is Mediterranean with mild winters and warm summers.
The distance to the sea is 1.500 m, while the distance to the center of Pula is 1.5 km.
Larger urban centers are km, Trieste – Italy 65 km, Ljubljana – Slovenia 150 km, Rijeka 100 km, and Zagreb 270 km.
Nearby is the intersection of highways leading to the cities mentioned above and the Pula airport at a distance of 4km.
IDEA CONCEPT:
With this conceptual design, 31 residential buildings are planned in the Zone.
The aforementioned number of buildings would house a total of 175 residential units, 15 commercial premises and 249 parking spaces.
The total area of the buildings would be about 17,300m2.
Possibility of construction of multifamily buildings, tourist and accommodation facilities, senior resorts, specialized clinics, etc.
